Insurance Virtual Assistant

Brief Overview:
Are you friendly and good with computers? We’re looking for someone to use a program called High Level CRM to help our insurance clients. You’ll chat with them, answer questions, and make sure they’re happy. If you’re good at talking, writing, and using computer programs, you might be the perfect fit for us!

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Support: Use the High Level CRM program to keep track of clients and their needs.
Communication: Regularly chat with clients using emails, phone calls, and texts.
Record Keeping: Take notes on each client chat so we can help them even better next time.
Client Happiness: Think of ways to make our clients keep loving our service.
Reports: Look at data and tell us what it means for our clients.
Teamwork: Join hands with our other teams to provide the best help.
Feedback Collection: Ask clients how we’re doing and tell us about it.
Smart Tech Use: Set up the CRM program to work best and easiest.
Must-Have Skills:

Experience with CRM: Especially if you’ve used High Level CRM before.
Communication: Good talking and writing skills.
Tech Love: Knows how to use computer programs like a pro.
Nice-to-Have Skills (but not a deal-breaker):

Knowledge about Insurance: Understands how insurance works.
Problem Solving: Can figure out solutions to tricky problems.
