We are seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with lead generation on Facebook. Our company specializes in Home, Auto and Commercial Insurance, and we are looking for someone who can efficiently search for potential leads within Facebook groups, engage with them using pre-written templates, and follow up via email. **Job Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Assistant – Social Media Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. **Facebook Group Research:**
– Log into the employer’s personal Facebook account and access targeted Facebook groups related to our industry/niche.
– Conduct thorough research within these groups to identify potential leads, including individuals or businesses that match our ideal client profile.
2. **Lead Engagement:**
– Initiate conversations with potential leads by commenting on their posts or sending private messages, always adhering to Facebook’s policies and guidelines.
– Utilize pre-made templates to engage with leads and gather information about their needs, pain points, and interest in our products/services.
– Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
3. **Follow-Up via Email:**
– Transfer relevant lead information to an email database.
– Craft and send follow-up emails to potential leads using provided templates.
– Monitor email responses and ensure timely follow-up communication.
4. **Data Entry and Reporting:**
– Maintain an organized record of all interactions, leads contacted, and their responses.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, including the number of leads contacted, responses received, and any potential opportunities identified.
**Qualifications:**

– STRONG written and verbal English skills.
– Strong proficiency in using Facebook and its various features, including groups and messaging.
– Excellent written communication skills.
