Insurance Virtual Assistant (with State Farm Insurance Experience)

Rate: $6-7 per hour (DoE)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide top-notch administrative support for our client, who is a State Farm Insurance agent. The ideal candidate must be familiar with State Farm Insurance systems, processes, and products to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the State Farm Insurance agent, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.

– Assist with processing insurance claims, policy changes, and updates using State Farm’s proprietary systems.

– Handle client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about State Farm Insurance products, policies, and services.

– Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in the State Farm Insurance system.

– Coordinate and manage communication between the agent, clients, and other stakeholders.

– Monitor and track sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to the agent.
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
– Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of State Farm Insurance systems and processes.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
