Qualifications
Required:
• 2 years experience working for a US based company
• 1 year of recruitment/onboarding experience
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Technology savvy – Microsoft office, Google Drive and ability to learn recruitment job platforms
• Outstanding organizational skills – ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (1PM-10PM)
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Desired:
• Experience in health care field
• Home Care Experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Post and manage job posts weekly in various job sites (Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.)
• Conduct phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews with staff and candidate
• Facilitate onboarding and training for clinician staff
•Analyze reports – applications, screenings, orientations and training attendance
• Update caregivers credentials
• Staffing and scheduling
• Conducting client reviews

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary will be $700-$750/ monthly (includes pay for working Pacific, US time zone)
