The team at WooW Canada Immigration is looking for an Intake Coordinator with previous experience in sales and marketing, who is proud to work independently and within a team, who thrives to help clients to succeed in their immigration journey, who is ready to grow and work in a fast-paced environment.

Resonsibilities:

• First point of contact contact with clients and demonstrates strong client service, coordinates various steps
• Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Managing incoming correspondence from various provincial and federal government bodies;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interestes,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Lead Generation
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
• Meet the objectives set by the business
• Respond and attend to ad hoc tasks as required by the business

Qualifications:
1. Has background in Sales and cold- calling
2. Communication – Fluent in writing and speaking English
3. Customer Service
4. Amenable to work from 9am – 5pm EST and during Canadian Holidays
