About the Role:

As our Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our land-buying process. Your job is all about talking to people, making connections, and getting them to sign on the dotted line. We’ll train you on everything you need to know, but negotiating experience is a huge plus. What’s important is that you’re great at chatting with people, have sharp attention to detail, and can stay organized.

Key Responsibilities:

– Chat with potential sellers and build a connection.
– Handle calls and get contracts signed.
– Stay organized and keep track of your calls and contracts.
