Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Attorney to join our team as an Intake Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information, guidance, and support as they navigate our legal services.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.
Provide clear and accurate information about our firm’s services, fees, and procedures.
Gather relevant documents from clients to facilitate the intake process and assist with case evaluation.
Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and inquiries.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless transitions for clients from intake to representation.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Requirements:
Admitted to the Philippine Bar with a valid license to practice law.
Previous experience in a legal intake or client-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
