Position: Intake Specialist
Your Role:
– Serve as the frontline maestro, conducting client intakes with flair and finesse.
– Engage in professional telephonic conversations, gathering critical information with precision and poise.
– Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, adeptly listening, gathering information, and filling out forms simultaneously.
– Build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
– Handle conversations with empathy, particularly when dealing with injured and disabled clients.
– Maintain a calm demeanor, speaking clearly and at a measured pace.
– Deliver exceptional service in a courteous and professional manner.
What You Bring to the Table:
– Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to transcend accents.
– A strong background in client communications.
– Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to gather information and complete forms efficiently.
– Empathy and understanding, especially when interacting with clients in sensitive situations.
– Confidence and composure in communication, without any trace of nervousness.
– A keen interest or background in law is advantageous.

Work Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time (with a 1-hour lunch break).
Compensation:
– A competitive salary of $1,000 per month after training $750 during training
