The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Integration Architect (CRM Focus) & Website Specialist to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll wear two hats. As an integration maestro, you’ll ensure all our data tells a cohesive customer story. As a website champion, you’ll keep our website and landing pages fresh, functional, and optimized for conversions. You’ll leverage your expertise in CRM, integrations, automation, and content management to build a robust data ecosystem and curate captivating online experiences.
Responsibilities:
CRM Expertise:
Design and implement custom CRM fields using our CRM platform Coze to capture all relevant customer data.
Develop a deep understanding of our CRM platform and its capabilities to connect APIs.
Integration Architect:
Design and implement integrations between our CRM and various third-party applications (e.g., Zapier, Eventbrite) using APIs and automation tools.
Ensure seamless data flow between systems to eliminate data silos and redundancies.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data integrity.
Automation Specialist:
Automate manual data entry tasks and workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement automated triggers and actions within the CRM and integrated systems.
Continuously identify opportunities for further automation to boost productivity.
Website Specialist:
Build and maintain website and landing pages using a Content Management System (CMS).
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement website and landing page ideas, ensuring brand consistency and user-friendliness.
Utilize website analytics to track website and landing page performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Maintain the technical health and functionality of the website.
Stay up-to-date on best practices for website development and user experience (UX).
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration, integration, and automation.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing CRM integrations with third-party applications.
Strong understanding of API principles and experience working with APIs.
Proficiency in Cloze and other CRM customization tools (a plus).
Experience with automation tools like Zapier.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) and basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS).
