Your responsibilities:

Providing level two technical support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and customer success, to identify integration opportunities and prioritize integration roadmap with C-level.
Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain API integrations with external vendors, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Property Management Systems (PMSs), Payment gateways, and other third-party systems.
Manage the integration process from requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in API development and integration, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Experience managing third-party vendors for integrations.
Strong understanding of API protocol and standards, such as REST APIs, JSON, XML and SOAP.
Required experience with PHP, JavaScript and SQL. Typescript, Click to view and AWS experience is a plus.
Experience with project management tools (Jira) and methodologies (Scrum).
Needs to have English B2-C1 writing and speaking;
Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
