Job Summary:
An Integrator is a core team member who harmoniously integrates the major functions of the business — serving as the “glue” that holds the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of the company together.

In this position, you will be responsible for taking the visionary ideas of the CEO and mapping out the step-by-step process for implementing those ideas into the business. You will engage in collaborative efforts with the team, leveraging the available resources to ensure the successful completion of projects.

To be successful in this role, you must be a systems builder who is obsessed with organizational clarity. You are great at making sure people are communicating within the organization. You are very good at leading, managing, and holding people accountable. You enjoy removing obstacles so that people can execute. You are a masterful tiebreaker, and you drive everyone to execute the business plan. You are great at managing big organizational projects, and you are a master of follow-through.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment and wants to be part of a team, and not just looking for another freelance opportunity.

Experience you must have:
– 3+ years of proven experience as an Integrator or a similar role, working directly with visionary entrepreneurs/CEOs
– Experience building, managing, and leading teams
– Experience building out systems/processes/knowledgebase from scratch
– Experience mapping out and managing projects
– Experience with project management tools (ClickUp/Trello/Asana), tracking projects, assigning tasks to the team, and ensuring the team is meeting deadlines and delivering quality work

Bonus experience:
– Start-up biz experience: has taken a business from start-up (solopreneur) to $1M+ w/ 6-10 team members
– Life/Business Coaching industry experience

Integrator tasks for this role:
– Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
– Lead, manage, and hold the team and Visionary/CEO accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
– Integrate all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
– Resolve issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner. Ensure the team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
– Ensure that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company’s core values and operating system with consistency.
– Demonstrate effective project management skills. Develop comprehensive project overviews to assist in the implementation of CEOs’ ideas.
– Build out projects utilizing the Project Management Tool and assign tasks to team members. Meet project deadlines and milestones. Ensure all team members are meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
– Build out the SOP library. Maintain systems and processes that have recently been formulated.
– Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members as needed.
– Effectively collaborate with the Visionary/CEO and stay on the same page. Maintain a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary/CEO. Realize the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary/CEO has, and possess an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
– Confirm that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensure that everyone is in the know. Verify that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.

Compensation:
– $12-$15/hour, depending on experience
