Integrator (EOS)

I run a marketing company, but also just about to start to sell a membership for coaches where they can learn from me how to get more online clients quickly. It will be not only a course but also weekly calls where I will help them implement our system.

About your role:
I am trying to implement an EOS system in my company.
I am a visionary and need an Integrator.
Integrator in a link between the owner and the team.
BUT please do not confuse this with a virtual assistant.
You need excellent skills in project management.
I need someone to take off the everyday tasks from me.
So I DON’T NEED another person to manage, but I need someone who will make sure my ideas are implemented and someone who manages my team for this to happen.
Your role will be to listen to my instructions (not more detailed, but what outcome I need, and communicate with my team what needs to be done). You will take care of the details.
I have a team of graphic designers, social media ad buyers, content writers, and so on—nearly every role.
But for an integrator, I need someone who has most of those skills. It may not be all of them 100%, but once you get my instruction on what outcome I need – you will need:
– to know how to divide this project into tasks
– know what you need to ask the team to do
– but mainly know what outcome is good and what is not.
So if the team delivers a task purely, then you DON’T pass it to me blandly, but you need to have enough knowledge and feelings to judge whether this is good or not.
If it is not good, you can not send it to me, but send it back to the team and point out what is wrong and what needs to be corrected before sending it to me.
You need to have experience in working with a team under you
and you need to have very good English speaking and written.
