Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Integrator / COO / Project Manager who can transform the CEO’s ideas into actionable plans and establish robust systems and processes. The ideal candidate will excel in creating reliable, repeatable workflows, managing projects, and overseeing task execution without requiring constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate the CEO’s ideas into actionable plans and projects.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline operations.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from provided instructions, such as Loom videos.
• Set up necessary tools and project management workflows.
• Manage and coordinate relevant personnel or outsource tasks as needed.
• Independently think and act to ensure project completion without micromanagement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role (Integrator, COO, Project Manager).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to create SOPs, process charts, and other relevant documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
