Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Integromat Specialist who can design and implement an automated workflow that integrates Google Forms input with multiple output forms. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling PDF forms and creating efficient workarounds, such as overlaying form fields onto PDF backgrounds in Google Docs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement an automated workflow in Integromat.
Integrate data input from Google Forms.
Develop a system to output data into 6 different forms, including handling PDF forms with innovative solutions.
Work closely with our team to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of the automated processes.
Document the workflow and provide necessary training or guidelines for the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Integromat or similar integration tools.
Strong understanding of form handling, particularly with PDFs and Google Docs.
Experience with Google Forms and data manipulation.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
