Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team in various operational and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiry and booking management, optimizing our online listings, managing our social media presence, collecting and analyzing feedback, and coordinating events. This role requires proficiency in SalesForce, Notion, and Canva, as these tools will be instrumental in executing the tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Inquiry and Booking Management: Manage client inquiries and booking requests promptly to ensure excellent customer service. Use SalesForce to track interactions and schedule events or services.
-Listing Optimization: Regularly update our online listings with fresh photos, compelling descriptions, and respond to reviews to improve our SEO and attract more bookings. Utilize Notion for content organization and planning.
-Social Media and Marketing: Create engaging content for various social media platforms to increase our online presence and attract new clients. Design promotional materials using Canva and execute marketing campaigns to boost our visibility.
-Feedback Collection and Analysis: Collect customer feedback through various channels and analyze the data to identify areas for improvement. Use SalesForce to compile and review feedback efficiently.
-Event Coordination: Liaise with event planners, caterers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events hosted in our spaces. Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in SalesForce, Notion, and Canva, with the ability to quickly learn new software as needed.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Creative and strategic thinker with a knack for marketing and social media.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
This is a remote position with flexible hours, but availability during key business hours may be required for coordination with the team and clients.
