Overview
We’re looking for an experienced integrations and automations specialist that will be responsible for overseeing and making sure all our clients’ funnels are working smoothly and firing as intended daily.
You are required to have a deep understanding of how funnels work, how to integrate multiple platforms/applications together, and what automations are required for each step of a funnel.
This will involve planning, setting up, managing and maintaining all integrations and automations to ensure all our clients’ funnels are running smoothly at all times.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that leads that join a client’s funnel are tagged and segregated accordingly so we know where the leads came from, are the leads receiving the correct email or messaging sequence.
This is a full-time role and you’ll be expected to work within our office hours between 10am-7pm SGT, 5 days a week.
Your Key Responsibilities
EXECUTION
– Zapier Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all integrations and automations for multiple platforms (Social media, sales funnel builders, email service providers and messaging service providers) and multiple objectives (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) end to end on Zapier are firing as required on a daily basis.
– Drip Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all email campaigns for multiple campaigns and multiple objectives are firing as required on a daily basis.
– Twilio Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all messaging campaigns for multiple campaigns and multiple objectives are firing as required on a daily basis.
– Active Campaign Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all workflows for multiple campaigns and multiple objectives are firing as required on a daily basis
– Convertkit Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all audiences are tagged properly and all integrations and automations for multiple campaigns and multiple objectives are firing as required on a daily basis.
– ClickFunnels Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all integrations and automations for multiple campaigns and multiple objectives are firing as required on a daily basis.
-Other Integrations and Automations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all integrations and automations with regards to Calendly, Forms, Email sequences, Membership and Account creation are running smoothly with no breaks.
-Back-end page management and optimisation: You’ll be responsible for updating, optimising and managing back-end integrations and automations, with regards to forms, email sequences, confirmation messages are running smoothly, quickly and firing as intended.
– Daily Integrations and Automation Management: Manage clients’ campaign automations and perform daily checks to ensure all integrations are working and automations are firing as required (Zapier, Drip, Twilio, ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, ClickFunnels, Calendly)
– Multiple Account Management: You’ll be managing integrations and automation with up to a $100,000 SGD monthly ad spend budget across multiple clients
– Breakthrough Implementation: As an automations specialist, it will be your responsibility to stay on top of the latest trends and changes in integrations and automation systems. You’ll be responsible for keeping an active lookout into trends, systems that have been working for others and documenting and applying them to our clients’ campaigns.
SYSTEMS AND SOP MANAGEMENT
– Daily Integrations and Automations Optimisation: You’ll be responsible for identifying breaks and fixing integrations and automations for the clients’ campaign funnels, across multiple objectives (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) ensuring that all funnels are
running smoothly.
– Daily Monitoring, and Reporting: You’ll be responsible for monitoring the integrations and automations for all clients and updating the team if anything breaks.
– Lifetime Strategic Data Tracking: You’ll be responsible for tracking campaign data over time sets to record overall campaign/funnel performance and report to the PMs/PCs.
– Cross Team Data Communication: You’ll be responsible for sharing data with PMs, PCs, copywriters, creatives, and management. (E.g. The total number of conversions for a course and where the leads/conversions originated from, over the last 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days.)
CRITICAL SYSTEMS TO MANAGE:
– Daily integrations and automations health reporting
– Macro KPI tracking for clients (Identifying which funnels leads came from)
– Zapier, Drip, Twilio, Active Campaign, Convertkit, ClickFunnels and other relevant CRMs
