About the role:

We are seeking a versatile and seasoned Interim Head of Content to lead our content optimization initiatives, primarily focusing on Amazon. In the absence of the Head of Content, you’ll step in to manage content projects, optimize listings, and uphold our clients’ triumphs on Amazon during her maternity leave.

This is a full-time, remote position that is anticipated to last for one month.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our content strategies and ensuring continuity in achieving our Amazon-related goals.

Requirements:

Ability to commit to a full-time engagement for the duration of one month, supporting the interim leadership needs
Able to quickly learn ongoing projects and take charge of a smooth transition in content optimization on Amazon within a short time.
Proven track record in both Amazon and non-Amazon content optimization.
Previous experience managing content projects for Amazon Sellers.
Leadership and team performance management skills.
Familiarity with Clickup and Asana (a plus).
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Flexibility with time zones, as most clients are in the US.
Strong project management skills and, ideally, with project management certifications (a bonus).
In-depth knowledge of the ever-changing e-commerce landscape and content optimization trends.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Lead and manage content optimization projects, with a specific focus on Amazon, to drive increased visibility, conversions, and sales for our clients.
Utilize your expertise in e-commerce and content optimization to provide strategic guidance to our team and clients.
Ensure the highest standards of content quality, compliance, and relevance across Amazon listings.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of content specialists, driving their performance and professional growth.
Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the e-commerce and content optimization space.
Basic knowledge about conversion rate optimization (CRO), design, copywriting, and keyword research would be highly desirable
Leverage project management skills and tools like Clickup and Asana to streamline processes and ensure project success.
Flexibility with time zones, especially for meetings with clients based in the United States.
