Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Interior Designer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will shoulder the responsibility of crafting compelling interior concepts that harmonize seamlessly with the company’s brand standards.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce compelling interior concepts that align with the company’s brand standards for review by Design Managers, Directors, and Clients.
Collaborate closely with Design Managers to ensure the project design intent is on brand and follows architectural best practices.
Manage the production of design deliverables, including interior design drawing sets, concept boards, design presentations, specifications, construction administration, and FF&E design/selections.
Demonstrate understanding of space planning and all phases of the construction/design process.
Be familiar with and contribute to all areas of design production, from concept to construction administration.
Participate actively in the selection and sourcing of finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Lead FF&E design/selections, creating finish plans, furniture plans, and material specifications/selections necessary for the development of each project.
Provide support to Senior Designers with interior architectural documentation, 3-D modeling, and renderings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an architecture/interior design firm is required.
Prior experience with FF&E design/selection is a must.
Interior styling experience is required.
Experience in hospitality design or residential design is a plus.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, G-Suite, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign is required.
Enscape experience is a plus.
