Interior Designer & 3D Rendering Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Designer & 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team and assist in launching our new artisanal coffee shop. As an integral part of our project, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning interior designs that embody the unique essence of our brand and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Collaborate with our team to develop a cohesive design concept that aligns with our brand identity and vision for the coffee shop.
Space Planning: Utilize your expertise in interior design to optimize the layout of the space, ensuring functionality, flow, and maximum utilization of available space.
Material Selection: Curate a selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and decor elements that complement the design concept and evoke the desired ambiance.
3D Rendering: Leverage your proficiency in 3D rendering software (such as SketchUp, Blender, or similar) to create realistic and immersive visualizations of the interior design concept. These renderings will serve as invaluable tools for communicating the design vision to stakeholders and guiding the implementation process.
Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of the design concept, adhering to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Feedback Incorporation: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate any necessary revisions or adjustments to the design concept and renderings to ensure alignment with expectations and requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in commercial or hospitality spaces.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software and a keen eye for detail in creating realistic and visually appealing renderings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong project management abilities, including the capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
