Interior Design Collaboration for Upgrading Outpatient Mental Health Offices – More Detail

I want to hire a consultant that can meet ASAP with me online initially for an hour or two to talk about an overview of what we are planning to do, where we are now and to get your feedback. We need to work with a consultant that we can talk with online. This is a requirement. I have tried with no success using email or texting on other projects. I am in the USA on Eastern Standard time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good Conversational English
Willingness to deliver service through online conversation, answering questions, giving feedback about paint for wall and trim colors, flooring, light fixtures, furniture, wall art, that we have, have recently purchased and could be returned or we have identified as options.
We have done a lot of preliminary work and want input from an experienced professional. We don’t need 2 or 3D renditions, drawings, mood boards—just talk – that’s what I do for a living
Contract for an hourly rate and an initial 90 minute consultation for your input to see if we are a good enough fit, and then schedule follow up meetings with specific agendas and goals.
Available as soon as possible, there is no prep work for you prior to meeting
I have also had 3 custom houses built based on our specs, and furnished 7 office sites over the last 40 yrs, so I want to work with the same process that has worked well in the past, as we say in the US, I want to pick your brain and through a dialogue you will make this significantly better.

We don’t need your time to research things. We want your help to choose from what we have or point us in the right direction to order additional items online.

This is a split level house built in 1970 with 3 levels
Ground level – where the garage was originally – now a waiting room, business office and 2 treatment rooms # 10 and 11
Lowel level down 6 steps from foyer entry- Offices 1 – 6 and a bathroom

2 After you have an idea of what we are wanting to do we would like to get your recommendations for paint and trim colors for interior – starting with the waiting room and other office paint and trim colors and begin to go office by office to get your input regarding the lighting, furniture, art work and curtains/shades. We have purchased many light fixtures and we have a list of furniture to choose from and want to have input from a professional about how to create the right look and feel based on our needs.

3 Feedback on things we are considering for each space. We have purchased almost everything we need but we want feedback and we have time to return and replace them based on your recommendations

Every space will have new LED lights, most are dimmable and option for 3 color light ( we have many to choose from more than we need) contemporary switches and wall plugs ( like Lutron). We have new ceiling fans with remote for everything except the foyer waiting room and bathrooms, I think we will go with mostly black for fans, light fixtures, faucets and door levers, I would like your input regarding choices for many of these that we have purchased and the furniture we need to order
