Interior Designer/ Graphic Artist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and creating aesthetically pleasing environments. The Interior Designer will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in design software, including Photoshop, Autocad, Lumion, and Revit, to bring concepts to life in 3D and video formats. Additionally, proficiency in video and photo editing is essential for creating stunning visual representations of design concepts.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for interior spaces.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and sketches to communicate ideas effectively.
Utilize Autocad and Revit for space planning, layout design, and technical drawings.
Digital Rendering and Visualization:
Create realistic 3D renderings of interior spaces using Lumion and other relevant software.
Produce high-quality videos, including rendered fly-throughs, to provide clients with immersive experiences of proposed designs.
Enhance visual presentations through photo editing techniques, ensuring a polished and professional look.
Keen Attention to Detail:
Pay meticulous attention to details in design, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the creative process.
Maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality, flawless design solutions.
Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Photoshop for image manipulation and enhancement.
Utilize Autocad for accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation.
Employ Lumion for creating dynamic and immersive 3D visualizations.
Leverage Revit for building information modeling (BIM) and collaborative design.
Material and Finish Selection:

Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in interior design materials and finishes.
Source and select appropriate materials, fabrics, and finishes to align with the design concept.
Organizational Skills:
Effectively organize and manage communication with vendors and partners overseas.
Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the built environment.
Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts through verbal, written, and visual means.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficient in Photoshop, Autocad, Lumion, and Revit.
Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and video creation.
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
Strong organizational skills, especially in coordinating with international vendors.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and materials.
