We are a fast-growing Airbnb Company based in the USA renting our apartments and hotel rooms.
We’re currently looking to bring on talented interior designers/decorators for all of our new upcoming apartments. You will design the interior, create renderings, order the furniture with our vendors, coordinate deliveries and work with the onsite staff to make sure the interior is set up correctly.
Requirements:
– A design degree is a definite plus, but we also value experience, passion, and talent.
– Ability to commit a consistent 40 hours a week of design work
– You maintain extreme attention to detail and are obsessed with getting the little things just right
– You are highly organized and responsive, capable of managing multiple clients, projects, and due dates all at once.
– You’re highly skilled at creating realistic 3D renderings using 3D design rendering software. Ex. My Doma, Coohoom, Homestyler, AutoCAD, or SketchUp
– You are capable of creating beautiful 2D mood board designs and comfortable crafting them through online software (photoshop, DesignFiles, Canva, etc)
– You’re exceptional at interpreting a style and comfortable designing in a wide variety of aesthetics outside of your own personal style
– You are able to source furniture from different retailers, create order lists, and follow a budget.
– Your exceptional communication skills allow you to show up confidently on video and express yourself effectively through written & verbal communication.
– You’re a vision caster with the confidence and ability to communicate your ideas clearly.
– You’re passionate about design and home decorating, staying up on the latest trends, discovering new products and resources, and consistently upping your design game.
