Position: Interior designer with 3D Rendering and ArchiCAD Drafting Expert

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Interior Designer with 3D Rendering and ArchiCAD Drafting Expert, you will play a pivotal role in turning our architectural concepts into tangible visual representations. Your responsibilities will include:
– Create concepts: Develop interior images based on base plan
– 3D Rendering: Create photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural designs that showcase materials, lighting, textures, and ambiance to captivate clients and stakeholders.
– ArchiCAD Drafting: Utilize ArchiCAD to produce accurate and detailed drafts, blueprints, and schematics that form the basis for construction and realization of projects.
– Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design objectives and translate them into compelling visual assets.
– Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to bring fresh ideas and techniques to our designing, rendering and drafting processes.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
– A strong sensibility and understanding of detailing
– Proficiency in 3D rendering software (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent) to create lifelike visualizations.
– Extensive experience with ArchiCAD software for drafting and design purposes is a MUST.
– A strong portfolio showcasing your interior works, 3D rendering skills and ArchiCAD drafting capabilities.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every design element is accurately represented.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
– Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.
