Follow footage and creative briefs provided, using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Edit together a storyline based on the given direction.
Consistently use SFX, music, and GFX to enhance overall outputs and create engaging content.
Approach Feedback Enthusiastically:
Work to make amendments quickly and effectively.
Self-direct an edit and choose the strongest clips to piece together a narrative where required.

Brand Governance:
Follow brand guidelines and maintain the company’s tone and brand focus throughout all stories.
Create a Variety of Video Content:
Produce both short-form and long-form videos for internal and external platforms.
Examples include trade event hype reels, infographics, podcast launch videos, bespoke commercial videos, and social videos for the brand and external brand partners.

Animated Content and Motion Graphics:
Create animations from scratch and integrate motion graphics into video and animated content.
Use discernment when choosing animated elements to enhance the overall narrative.

Effective Audio Mixing:
Process audio from various sources, sync to video footage and mix final audio across multiple tracks.

Workflow and File Management:
Strong file management practices aligning with team structures.
Adopt workflows set out by the Senior Video Editor to facilitate project sharing.

Produce High-Quality Outputs:
Meet internal and client deadlines, providing high-quality work in progress (WIPs) that meet criteria for each post-production stage.
Work well under pressure while communicating effectively with team members.

Passion for Ideation:
Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and strategy sessions.

Team Player:
Natural ability to work well with the team, maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA), and impress co-workers and clients daily.

Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements that can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.
