Position Overview:
Accomoly’s Intermediate Virtual Assistant isn’t just a title—it’s a pivotal role. Serving as the linchpin of our guest communications, you’ll shoulder the responsibility of ensuring every guest journey—from inquiry to checkout—is nothing short of exceptional.
Salary & Technical Requirements:
? Monthly Salary: $450 – $650 USD, commensurate with experience.
? Technical Essentials:
Dual-monitor setup for optimal workflow.
Robust, stable internet connection.
Reliable power and Internet backup systems in place.
Key Responsibilities:
? Navigate guest inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and promptness.
? Oversee comprehensive guest communication channels, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained consistently.
? Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, providing guests with all requisite information.
? Foster strong collaborations with our property management and operations divisions to address guest needs swiftly, especially for maintenance and housekeeping.
? Stay abreast with the latest in our policies, property updates, and pertinent industry trends.
? Develop a clear understanding of the prerequisites for smooth guest transitions, like registration processes and other unit-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
? Demonstrated experience in customer support or guest relations, preferably as a virtual assistant with an operational focus.
? Proficient knowledge of the Airbnb platform’s intricacies.
? Impeccable command over English, with a keen eye for detail, particularly in writing.
? Innate interpersonal skills, combined with the capability to empathize and craft effective solutions for guests.
? Skilled in employing various tech tools, including messaging platforms, email systems, and property management software.
