In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our team, helping to streamline workflows and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Calendar Management: Maintain calendars for team members, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Data Entry and Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and files with accuracy and attention to detail.
Research and Information Gathering: Conduct online research and gather data as needed to support projects and initiatives.
Document Preparation: Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports using software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Task Prioritization: Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring efficient completion of projects.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient with digital tools including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to document preparation.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
