Internal Accountant/Finance analyst

*** (A) MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or Internal Accountant role

We are looking for a highly intelligent Finance person who is able to contribute to the business growth from many different aspects. We need your excellent eyes for details, dedication for excellence, and a drive for excellent.
Minimum of 2 year experience with Accounting work is required, and work experience in other professional fields will count too.
Your experience is not as important as your ability to learn new system, take initiative, make suggestions for improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Bank and credit card reconciliations
– Maintain proper record at all times
– Analysis of balance sheet accounts and control accounts reconciliations
– Profit and loss review
– Monthly financial reports and statements
– Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
– Payment preparation
– Processing payroll and superannuation

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
– Must be able to work at 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM AEDT timezone
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proven experience as an Internal Accountant/Finance Analyst
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in financial analysis software, such as Microsoft Excel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with business processes, can follow workflow processes and make suggestions for improvement
– Proactive, switch-on, can multi-task, is organised, fast learner, highly technology savvy, reliable, and warm-hearted
