Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute a variety of audits, including but not limited to, operational, financial, and compliance assessments.
Analyze audit outcomes and formulate corrective strategies.
Craft and update company policies and guidelines in alignment with regulatory standards.
Enhance processes to boost the quality and efficiency of outputs.
Collaborate with leadership to ascertain audit prerequisites.
Highlight potential enhancements and issues to leadership.
Compose detailed and transparent reports summarizing audit activities and discoveries.
Prepare and deliver audit briefings to leadership as necessary.
Evaluate and suggest enhancements to the internal control system.
Manage audit documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Facilitate audit-related training sessions to enhance team competencies.
Innovate auditing tools and methodologies to enhance auditing efficiency.
Design and enforce auditing processes that enhance the promptness, efficiency, and precision of discrepancy reporting.
Perform data analysis to ensure proper and precise accruals.
Foster a constructive and goal-oriented team atmosphere through open, balanced, and impartial communication.
Guarantee the fulfillment of team/departmental goals in terms of deadlines, controls, and documentation.
Undertake ad hoc projects and fulfill additional requests as needed.
Carry out miscellaneous duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite and databases; a strong grasp of Google Sheets and Excel is desirable.
The ability to efficiently manage and interpret various information sources.
Exceptional mathematical, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities.
Superior organizational skills and a natural aptitude for numbers.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, including professional phone and email manners.
The capacity to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a creative problem-solving approach.
Strong organizational skills enabling effective multitasking and priority management.
Robust interpersonal skills.
