SMBC Marketing Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Internal Auditor / Accounting Team Leader who is a great team-player, with expert knowledge in Excel, and US Taxes! We are looking for an applicant who is career-driven and focused, and can lead an accounting team!
Your day-to-day tasks include:
• Handling checking and audit of company books and finalize Financial Reports on a monthly basis.
• Managing US Payroll
• Managing Accounting Team with their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Assisting the team with their tasks as required.
To be qualified for this role, you must have…
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in excel and excel formulas (pivot and vlookup)
• Knowledge in Quickbooks and other Accounting Software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details and deadline-oriented.
• Accuracy and efficiency are a must.
• Ability to improve current work process, make suggestions.
• Experience in filing US Taxes, a plus factor.
• Can work in US time.
• Able to work effectively with other team members.
• Ability to do Audits for various companies as well as the ability to present findings and solutions.
• Manage to lead Accounting Team effectively and meet deadlines.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Also, you must be…
• Fluent in speaking/writing in English.
• Willing to work in Central Standard Time (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM in Philippine Time)
• Must have own computer or laptop with minimum specs that can perform the job function
We are looking for someone who has had experience with working during the night shift before, as the time we follow is in Central Standard Time.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 8 hours per day, following Central Standard Time (graveyard shift)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: Remote (work-from home), but must be willing to work in Pasig City (Ortigas QC)/Taguig City once our office has been set up!
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)
