Position: Internal Digital Ads Manager
Reporting To: Business Systems Manager – Marketing Department
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Internal Digital Ads Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will manage our existing paid ad channels, explore and expand into new paid advertising opportunities, and assist with Infusionsoft email integration campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to integrate and automate email marketing campaigns (experience with Infusionsoft is preferred but not required).
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and Optimize Paid Ad Channels:
-Oversee existing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
-Allocate budget efficiently across different platforms to maximize ROI.
-Perform systematic checks and utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
Campaign Expansion and Innovation:
-Identify and pursue new paid advertising opportunities on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to test, measure, and scale advertising efforts.
Integration with Infusionsoft:
-Assist with setting up and managing email marketing campaigns (experience with Infusionsoft is preferred but not required).
-Ensure seamless integration between paid ad campaigns and email marketing efforts to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
-Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure ad creatives and copy align with overall marketing strategies.
-Work closely with the Marketing Operations Assistant to monitor and report on the performance of organic and paid campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Regularly review campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
-Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to the marketing team for ongoing optimization.
Key Duties:
-Develop and execute paid ad strategies aligned with geographical and demographic targets.
-Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
-Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting in real-time to maximize campaign efficiency.
-Implement retargeting campaigns to engage and convert potential leads.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and apply best practices to all campaigns.
-Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and industry regulations.
-Document processes and maintain consistent performance tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital ad management across multiple platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn.
-Technical Skills: Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap) is preferred but not required; familiarity with email marketing campaign integration and automation is essential.
-Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
