Internal Management Accountant

Estimated Project Duration: 1 – 6 months (has the potential to become a permanent position dependant on results)

We are searching for a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our professional team. In this role, you will be developing flexible comprehensive financial dashboards in Excel, utilizing data extracted from Salesforce Enterprise & other software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong skills to extract and manipulate data from Excel and Salesforce software to create cohesive and accurate financial reports using excel 365 online for users with standard licenses, whilst maintaining current manual reporting deadlines.

2. Dashboard Design and construction to effectively communicate complex data trends, ensuring accessibility and usability for each department whilst ensuring data integrity and confidentiality remain at all levels.

3. Roll out dashboards across all departments and provide requisite training and updates as needed

4. Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to offer insights and support strategic decision-making processes, building on current manual processes

5. Assisting with managing IT permissions & storage associated with hardware and software containing financial information.

Requirements:

-Able to work UK hours and flex depending on business needs

– High level of spoken and written English as this is common language used by Team.

– Exceptional skills in Excel and Salesforce software including report building and automation using integrated tools available in Microsoft suite and Salesforce Enterprise: ability to understand other software used as tools in the business and how to better integrate them together into a unified system whilst minimising associated costs.

– Must be able to demonstrate above skills on the spot at interview.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: must have solution focused mindset.

– Ability to deal with strong personalities and explain high level concepts in plain language.

– Accountant with a proven track record in financial analysis and management accounting.
