Marion Relationship Marketing is an emerging leader in the digital marketing space, helping small businesses maximize the web’s marketing potential and drive more customers through comprehensive strategies tailored to their customer’s emotional buying journey.

The Internal Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with the strategic management and implementation of our internal marketing efforts to drive awareness and interest in our services for our focus in sleep. Specific endeavors are outlined below, but the Coordinator will be able to craft strategy as they grow in the role.

Core Areas of Focus:
– Develop and manage a weekly newsletter focused on industry niches.
– Manage company social media calendars for Marion and Sleep Apnea Leads brands.
– Build email and text automation in Keap for automated outreach to sales leads.
– Manage internal advertising efforts, primarily on Facebook and LinkedIn.
– Manage and organize lead lists.
– Work with ownership to brainstorm additional lead magnets, then work with existing teams and tools to develop them.
– Utilize HARO and other tools to surface backlink and PR opportunities.
– Assist in the creation of case studies from existing client data.
– Spearhead client gifting efforts
– Assist with coordinating social posting for a small number of legacy clients.

Technical Skills:
– Must Have
– Digital Marketing Experience
– Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization
– Experience running multiple marketing initiatives for a singular business.
– Solid writing skills

– Nice to Have
– Experience working in a marketing agency
– B2B Marketing experience
– Google Suite Experience (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and G Suite)
– Ads Platform Familiarity, specifically LinkedIn & Facebook
– Keap or Email Marketing experience
– Visual Design Fluency
– WordPress Administrative Familiarity

Position Details
– Compensation is negotiable based on workload and breadth of potential contributions.
– This position is full-time.
– This position reports directly to Owners.
– This is a remote position
