ASSISTANTLY | Performance Success Manager

As a Performance Success Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with all Assistantly talent hired by our clients. You will be involved from day one, understanding goals, expectations, and KPIs to ensure team members are accountable and reaching their targets. Your role will involve upskilling, providing value, hosting webinars, and ensuring high-level performance and communication.

What you’ll do:
Work closely with Assistantly talent from the moment they are hired, being involved in the onboarding process to understand client goals, expectations, and KPIs.
Ensure team members are accountable and help them reach their targets through regular check-ins and support.
Provide resources and opportunities for upskilling, helping team members to continuously improve their skills.
Connect with top talent to host webinars and 1:1 teachings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Ensure that talent performs and communicates at their highest level, fostering a culture of excellence.
Take information from clients and ensure that talent executes tasks efficiently and effectively.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to both team members and clients to drive continuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a performance management or talent development role.
Strong understanding of onboarding processes, goal setting, and KPI management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving and upskilling.
Ability to host engaging webinars and 1:1 teaching sessions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with various performance metrics and tools for tracking and improving performance.
