We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a ISA rockstar who wants to work with us either part time or full time and call our clients leads to help us get better results for our clients. As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads generated by our marketing campaigns. Your main goal is to convert these leads into appointments for our aesthetic clinic clients. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, providing them with information about the clients services and guiding them through the appointment booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads via phone, email, and text.
Schedule appointments for clients with aesthetic clinics.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and appointment details.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent/Appointment Setting or similar sales/customer service role.
Experience in the aesthetic or healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner
Fluent English is a must
