Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to real estate leads generated through Facebook and ensuring their seamless transition into appointments. Your ability to effectively communicate with potential clients and maintain accurate records in our CRM system will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to real estate leads generated through Facebook, engaging them in conversation and and booking them into appointments.

Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for real estate agents based on lead availability and agent schedules, ensuring a smooth handoff between the sales team and potential clients.

CRM Management: Update our CRM system with relevant lead information, appointment details, and any follow-up actions taken, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Follow-up Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to confirm appointments, provide additional information as needed, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics related to lead outreach and appointment booking, providing regular updates to the sales team and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
– Strong accent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and engaging phone demeanor.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
– Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics and Facebook marketing is a plus.
