Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Representative specializing in real estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining client satisfaction. You will be responsible for nurturing leads, cultivating relationships, and facilitating transactions to contribute to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and preferences.
Educate clients on different products that the company offers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
