Job Description

Hello! We’re on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and proactive Remote Amazon Account and Catalog Manager to help steer our private label operations across international marketplaces. If you’re passionate about maintaining impeccable listing details and navigating the complexities of Amazon’s platforms with ease, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Listing Consistency: Keep parent ASINs consistent and check that no child ASINs are missing across all international marketplaces.
Title and Bullet Consistency: Make sure that titles and bullet points stay consistent across each child ASIN and across all international markets.
Oversee International Translations: Manage the translation process for listings, ensuring everything is accurate and relevant. Don’t worry, you won’t be translating yourself!
Monitor Account Restrictions: Regularly review and address any account restrictions in each international marketplace to avoid any hiccups.
Prevent Listing Suppressions: Keep an eye out and swiftly handle any issues that could lead to listing suppressions in international markets.
Update A+ Content: Keep A+ content fresh and engaging across all international listings.
Logistics Monitoring: Keep tabs on inbound shipments and AWD shipments, ensuring everything is on track and processed on time.
Manage Flat Files: Work with flat files for product listings, keeping them tidy and organized in our cloud folder. Make sure you’re comfortable with localized fields within these files.
Experience with Helium 10: Use Helium 10 to boost your product research and optimize listings, enhancing performance.
Other Key Amazon Management Tasks:

Dive into sales data to spot trends, forecast needs, and fine-tune our inventory.
Team up with our marketing folks to cook up effective promotional strategies.
Stay on top of Amazon’s ever-changing rules and tweak our strategies to stay compliant.
Whip up monthly reports on how our account is doing, what’s challenging us, and how we’re adjusting our strategies.
Required Skills:

A whiz at managing multi-national e-commerce accounts, especially on Amazon.
A star at organizing and managing projects.
A problem solver with an eagle eye for details.
A communicator who’s fluent in English and great at getting your point across.
Qualifications:

You’ve got at least 3 years in the game of Amazon marketplace management.
Holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be great, but it’s not a must.
You’re savvy with SEO, online marketing, and the latest e-commerce trends.
