The International Property Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of luxury properties, focusing on cross-border transactions. This position requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of international property sales.
**Candidate Profile:**
– Minimum of one year experience in real estate, preferably in luxury markets.
– A well-traveled individual with a valid passport.
– Possession of a US, UK, Canada, or Australian visa is an advantage, although not mandatory. Cazzaz will provide visa assistance if required.
– A driven professional, eager for success in the luxury real estate domain.
**What benefetis:**
– A competitive salary range of PHP 25,000 to PHP 35,000, with significant growth potential.
– Attractive incentive packages, including monthly earnings up to PHP 80,000 and annual incentives up to PHP 400,000.
– A generous travel budget up to PHP 300,000, supporting international market exploration and client engagement.
