Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated International Relocation and Lifestyle Support Specialist to assist with our client’s move from the US to Europe and various aspects of their life, including travel, social engagements, health, and finances. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide efficient solutions in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must be adept at international travel logistics, expertly manage schedules, coordinate health-related tasks, and support social and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Relocation Expertise:

Guide the client through the legal and logistical challenges of relocating a pet dog from the US to Europe.
Research and facilitate the necessary paperwork and processes for a seamless transition.

2. Travel Planning and Financial Assistance:

Utilize AMEX, Chase, and other credit card points and expertise to find cost-effective flight options, aiding in spontaneous travel plans.
Assist in planning trips, booking accommodations, and managing travel itineraries.

3. Schedule Management and Coordination:

Organize and manage the client’s schedule, including swim lessons, doctor appointments, vet appointments, and social engagements.
Research and provide comprehensive options for healthcare providers and coordinate appointments.

4. Expert Liaison and Relationship Management:

Identify and connect with financial advisors, doctors, and coaches as per the client’s needs.
Assist in social planning, and coordinating family activities.
Hours:
This position requires approximately one to two hours a week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak times or when specific tasks demand more attention. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate varying needs.
