Your Role:
The BDC Salesperson will be in charge of assigning fresh opportunities to the appropriate Sales Associate. He or she will also oversee that our customers are getting contacted promptly through all channels of communication provided on a constant basis. He or she will have strong communication skills to conduct surveys with customers and in some cases, reschedule appointments and assist sales agents with customer follow up.
What it boils down to:
-Greet our clients over the phone with a positive, upbeat, and courteous attitude. This is not a customer facing in-person role.
-Comfortably utilize different social media platforms to self-promote dealership inventory and our business to generate leads
-Learn and utilize CRM software – Training to be provided
-Sell appointments
-Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
Desired Skills/Abilities:
-Must love offering a personalized service to customers over the phone
-Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics
-Must have top-notch communication skills
-Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
-Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of incoming leads
-Must be willing to advance in their career and earn more than minimum salary
