Job Overview: The Inventory and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control and logistics operations within the company. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure efficient and timely product distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
o Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
o Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
o Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
o Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions.
o Mange a google sheet / inventory management system with all inventory management movments
2. Logistics Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
o Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
o Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
o Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, and other logistics concerns.
o Manage an accurate google sheet with all ingoibg and outgoing deliveries at real time
3. Supplier Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
o Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize pricing and terms.
o Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements as needed.
o Manage inspections and audits for different factories

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with other departments such as sales, production, and finance to align inventory and logistics strategies with overall business goals.
o Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and streamlined approach to inventory and logistics management.
5. Technology Utilization:
o Implement and leverage inventory management software and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve logistics and inventory management processes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics, with a focus on optimization and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Excel and word – very high
• Very good English writing and speaking
• Work with Asana or other management program
