Job Description

As an Inventory and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control and logistics. This includes forecasting inventory needs, overseeing replenishment initiatives, and managing the fulfilment process with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider. Your goal will be to ensure that our inventory is well-maintained and that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement inventory forecasts and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
– Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure that fulfilment operations meet our standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
– Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and condition of inventory.
– Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize operations.
– Perform fulfilment activities, including order processing, shipping and reporting.
– Conduct parcel tracking to ensure timely delivery and address any issues with shipments.
– Perform regular follow-ups with couriers to resolve any delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Register and maintain products on our Warehouse Management System

Qualifications / Experience:

– Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of inventory forecasting, replenishment, and fulfilment processes.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Strong analytical skills, including advanced google sheets skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
– The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing fulfilment operations, including hands-on experience with order processing, packaging, and shipping.
– Proficiency in coordinating and executing fulfilment activities is essential, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately according to company standards.
