Highland Park Lapidary is looking for an Inventory and Order Management Assistant who will share our values of being inspirational, disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results-oriented.
As an Inventory and Order Management Assistant, you will play a key role in optimizing our inventory control procedures, recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of all customer orders.
You will work directly with our Warehouse Manager and our sales and customer service team to create a seamless and positive experience for our customers across all touchpoints.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like when you join our team:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Manage product inventory to efficiently perform the following:
• Receive purchase orders
• Fulfill sales orders
• Process returns
• Use a computer database to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status
• Confirm merchandise information matches that of the purchase order
• Finalize purchase orders and update computer inventory management systems
• Track all orders via delivery software
• Manage inventory levels and notify supervisors of potential issues, shortages, overstock, and upcoming orders that will drastically affect inventory
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Demonstrates proficiency in working with computers and different fulfillment software programs
