We are actively seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. The successful candidate will bring a solid background in accounting to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient inventory management processes. As an integral member of our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining precise inventory records and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our operational workflows.

Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
-Conduct thorough analyses of quarterly inventory levels and sales data for targeted promotional sales.
-Evaluate system exports meticulously to determine precise vendor lead times based on comprehensive sales data.

Procurement and Planning:
-Generate and meticulously prioritize weekly purchase orders, grouping them according to priority.
-Utilize intricate cell data to construct a sophisticated 2/4 projection for ordering items, specifying both the quantity and lead time with precision.

Reporting and Monitoring:
-Deliver insightful quarterly reports, meticulously recommending items for discontinuation.
-Conduct periodic meticulous checks on all inventory values versus physical values, providing detailed weekly reports on any identified discrepancies.

Vendor Management:
-Employ a strategic cross-referencing approach to vendors based on country infrastructure, ensuring a cohesive approach across head office and other locations to prevent any missed opportunities.

Cost Analysis and Innovation:
-Proactively offer suggestions derived from sales insights and innovative ideas to strategically lower the production cost of materials and items.
-Provide a comprehensive overview of cost analysis sheets to identify potential gaps and opportunities for vendor consolidation.

Product Integration and Inventory Oversight:
-Introduce ten innovative items quarterly, utilizing sales projections to strategically transfer items between nearby warehouses weekly.
-Systematically compile all manufacturing information, create specimen sheets, and progressively edit and complete existing sheets over time.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role with a background in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in inventory management and accounting software, with experience in using the Zoho system, is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
