We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager.

Position Overview:

As an Inventory Manager / Logistics Manager, you will be pivotal in managing our inventory, logistics, and shipment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to receive SoStocked Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and subsequently oversee the end-to-end shipment process on Amazon. Your expertise in SoStocked, advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables), and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central will be instrumental in your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive SoStocked Work Orders and Purchase Orders and coordinate the shipment process on Amazon.
Create and manage shipments on Amazon Seller Central.
Collect and assess bids from Freight Forwarders, ensuring cost-effective shipping solutions.
Coordinate shipping labels, Bill of Ladings (BOLs), Customs, and Duty information to ensure smooth delivery.
Keep track of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and shipping/duty costs, maintaining accurate financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
Monitor inventory turnover and replenishment, ensuring efficient stock management.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to inventory and shipments.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years experience in eCommerce inventory/logistics management preferably in Amazon/Walmart platforms
Prior experience and proficiency with SoStocked is preferred
High-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and experience with Amazon shipments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus.
Highly motivated and capable of working independently.

Schedule and Compensation:

$7.00 – $8.00/hr based on experience
100% remote
Flexible schedule, as long as meetings are attended typically during CST hours
Full-time hours
We offer 13th-month pay for this position
