Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring our popular products are always available for our customers, and supporting our continued growth. You will be instrumental in analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and advising on inventory purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
– Analyze sales data to forecast demand and advise on replenishment orders.
– Identify fast-moving items and recommend inventory adjustments accordingly.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align inventory with promotional activities.
– Develop and maintain inventory reports.
– Suggest improvements to the inventory management process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:
– Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
– Knowledge of the sportswear or fashion industry is a plus.
– Fluent in English for communication.
– Excellent in Excel or google drive.
