We are a team of eCommerce entrepreneurs recruiting an Inventory Manager to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, and bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Logistics background (hands-on understanding of the operation in a warehouse or supply chain)
Knowledge and experience in Marketing is a huge plus
Excellent with MS Excel and data interpretations
Good English Communication Skills (both oral and written)
Takes initiative to propose innovations and improvements
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Experience with eCommerce Inventory Management and Amazon Seller Central (preferred)

How you will create Value:
The core responsibility of the Inventory Manager is to always ensure sufficient inventory levels of Finished Goods, BOMS (Bill of Materials/Parts) and Raw Materials and never have stockouts.
The Inventory Manager sees to it that raw materials in the warehouse and products on Novaeo stores/platforms are kept on the desired level based on sales velocity and sales forecasts.
Will also report daily/weekly/monthly on all reports pertaining to inventory levels, and if needed, implement corrective actions.
Must keep constant communication with Procurement & Sourcing to manage correct reorder points and have healthy safety stock levels.
Must also communicate with the Sales & Marketing team regarding sales, promotions, or any information that might affect the velocity in which the stock levels forecast can change.
Must have weekly communications with the warehouse and ensure that counts are being executed in time and if variances are detected, work with the warehouse manager to make sure they are resolved with a correct justification. Also will be responsible for following through with Manufacturing Orders and Fulfillment Orders
Weekly report for stock status for raw materials and finished goods.
P.O. forecasting
Inventory Management System (IMS) maintenance
Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and IHF (In House Fulfillment) inventory
Maintaining/updating raw material master list
IMS reprogramming based on current/urgent need
Create Inventory Management SOPs
