ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This remote role, based in the Philippines, is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our inventory systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing our inventory of finished goods and component parts, ensuring that we remain fully stocked and able to meet customer demand.

*** DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ***
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor levels of finished goods and component parts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Reordering Supplies: Initiate purchase orders for restocking based on inventory levels and predicted needs.

• Predictive Analysis: Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory requirements to prevent stock shortages.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of component parts.

• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records and identify discrepancies.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, challenges, and projections for management review.

Qualifications
– Experience: Proven track record in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
– Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Time Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a part-time, remote setting.
