We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management for brick-and-mortar retail stores, particularly in the hardware industry.

**Job Description:**
As our Remote Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our inventory processes across multiple hardware store locations. You will work closely with our store managers and purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maximize profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement inventory management strategies
– Monitor stock levels and reorder points across all store locations
– Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage relationships
– Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems
– Conduct regular audits and reconciliations

**Requirements:**
– 5+ years of inventory management experience in brick-and-mortar retail, preferably in the hardware or home improvement sector
– Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
