Job Title: Inventory Planner
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Graveyard Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Review, manage, and maintain inventory levels to optimize inventory turns and maintain a 99% fill rate
Manage obsolete and excess inventory
Continuously review inventory levels and suggest to Buying team to push up or push-out incoming purchase orders
Execute inventory planning processes including, but not limited to category/assortment planning, open-to-buy, re-orders, closeout, etc.
Collect customer forecasts from the sales team and work with the Buying team to ensure production has on-time delivery
Develop domestic forecasts by working with each Sales Representative on their accounts to gather and plan SKU-level forecasts
Develop and maintain safety stock levels of each SKU and warehouse
Coordinate with Sales and Buying for any supply chain issues to ensure proper flow of information across respective teams
Collaborate with Accounting and Warehouse on inventory reconciliation and adjustments
Collaborate with Accounting on inventory cash flow projections and planning
Analyze capacity constraints with Sourcing & Supplier Manager, MOQs, lead times and vendor requirements to develop a planning schedule
Identify variance of item/category trends based on sales forecast performance and inform the respective team
Identifies items that are not beneficial to carry due to the high cost incurred from storage, difficulty to flow select product into warehouses, profit margin and trend of item
Review Amazon POS reports and identify:
Fast-selling items from Amazon warehouse to re-evaluate E-commerce forecast and predict next bulk purchase from Amazon.
Slow movers in Amazon warehouse to advise E-commerce team to evaluate and promote
SKU’s Amazon no longer purchasing into their warehouse
Working with Allocation team on prioritizing orders to allocate when not enough in stock is available
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications, that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of experience in fast-paced Supply Planning and Buying positions
Experience and proper communication with overseas factories
Consumer goods understanding of at least working with a minimum of 700 items.
Experience with Amazon Central
Advanced analytical skills required – able to process and react to vast amounts of data
Skills/Abilities:

Advanced Excel skills including the ability to work with extremely large data tables, Pivot Tables, v lookups, conditional formatting, and more
MS Office Proficiency, PPT, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced office environment
A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions

Non-negotiable requirements:
Wire internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Laptop or Desktop minimum specs i5 5th Gen 8 GB Ram
Camera and noise-canceling headphones
This role requires a long-term commitment and the ability to work the graveyard shift. As we work across different time zones, clear and consistent communication is paramount. You will regularly engage with your team via video calls on Microsoft Teams, so a dedicated and focused approach to work is essential.
